天気が良いので川越観光へ。ついたらちょうどお昼どきだったので、観光前にお昼ご飯を。
本川越の駅前にふたごがあったので、入ることにしました。ふたごって、ホルモン焼肉で有名ですもんね。
店内に入ると、店員さんの気持ち良い挨拶でお出迎え。
まずは最強レモンサワーで乾杯です！移動でちょっと疲れた身体に染みますね～！この日は、店員さんにオススメを聞きながら、食べ物を注文しました。
まずは、半殺しキムチ。半殺しキムチは、野沢菜のキムチなのだそう。普通のキムチより辛いですが、お肉に乗せたり箸休めにつまむとあっというまに無くなってしまいます。余った場合はお持ち帰りにしてチャーハンにするのも良いそう。想像するだけで美味しいですね・・！
続いて、ふたご盛り。ホソシオ、ミノ、ハラミ、アゴニク、角切り牛心塩が1切れずつ頂けるセット盛りです。どれも新鮮で、下処理がきちんとされているから臭みなどのクセがなくて美味しい！アゴニクが最高に美味しかったです♪
あと、美味しかったのはタン！厚切りの牛タンをじっくりと焼いて、別で頼んだネギパポを乗せて食べるとジューシー！レモンサワーが進みます！ネギパボは、そのままつまみとしても食べられます。
他、肉うに、創業者のおばあちゃんのレシピで作ったテールスープなど、どれを頼んでもハズレなしでした。さすがはふたごですね、大満足でした！
