夜ちょい早めの16時から開店するから、昼呑みして「さてもう一軒行こう」と言うとき有り難いお店。
料理にとって重要なファクターの火通しを素人の客にやらせる焼肉って果たして料理店と呼べるの？って疑問が常々ありましたが、ここは違った。
若いアルバイトのお嬢ちゃんが対応してくれました。
メニューに星印が付いているものはお店の人が焼いてくれるサービスをしています。
アルバイトの店員さんも経験を積んでいくと焼いていいメニューが増えていくそうです。
大阪言うたらホルモンやろと「上ミノ」580円（税別）「ウルテ」580円（税別）「赤セン」480円（税別）を注文。全てお嬢ちゃんが焼き上がりまでみてくれました。
ホッピーセットは480円、ナカは200円（税別）
珍しいホルモンを置いてますね。
調子にのって牛正肉を食べたら結構なお勘定になるお店だと思います。
