Visited on a weekday night. It was okay even without a reservation. The hormones were stable and delicious. I ate Cold Noodles and pork Achilles heel for the first time. Cold Noodles were very delicious and could be eaten quickly after the thick offal. I even drank the soup! The portions are small so sharing may be difficult! If left untouched, the Achilles tendon will have fat on it like pork belly. The sour sauce that comes with it is delicious, and you can eat it endlessly. Perfect for snacks. The staff will bake it for you, but today's clerk was the one who baked it quickly. I've always baked it slowly, so it was delicious as well. I'll bother you again.

今回は、アラカルトでオーダー。
まずは、薬味豆腐。絹豆腐の上に韓国海苔とキムチ、胡麻油がかかっています。
さっぱりしてますが、韓国風の味付けでおつまみにピッタリ。すぐでてくるのでいいですよね！
上タンはやわらかくさっぱりとした味。安定に美味しかったです。
ふたご盛りもオーダー。
4種類のホルモンが入っており、店員さんが焼いてくだります。それぞれの部位の特徴を教えてくださり、お肉の知識も増え、たのしかったです！
あじはもちろんおいしかったです。塩味のホルモンは臭みが心配ですが、まったくそんなことありません。
食べやすいホルモンでした。
あとは、追加でカルビ、レバー、ホルモン1種類石焼ビビンバをオーダー。
ホルモンやということもあり、どのホルモン食べても間違いなし！！！
メニューも多くてたのしかったです。
店員さんがいい加減に焼いてくださり、楽しい時間を過ごすことができました！
またお邪魔します。
