オープン前から何時オープンだろうと楽しみのお店でしたが本日やっと来店出来ました。
当初５月中旬オープン予定でしたがオープンしたのは５月２５日１１時新規オープン
しかし毎日のように横を通るのですが夕方にはシャッターの扉は締まっている
夜営業は無いのか？・・・
お昼だけの営業で経営が成り立つのか？
定休日も日曜日・月曜日・第二土曜日
営業時間も１１：００～１５：００頃
と最近土・日休みが多いのですが今週は金曜日休みに変更になり
本日伺いました。
１１時前に到着したのですがシャッターは半開き・・・
１１時半からオープンなのか？近所のベンチで時間を潰し隣のスーパーでお茶を購入したり
しかし１２時に２分前位に常連さんなのか女将さんとシャッターを開けるお手伝い
１２時オープンなのか？？
聞いたら１１時オープン１５時頃まで材料が無くなり次第だそうです。
本日は、オープン以来初めて遅れてオープンとか・・・・
本日は、市役所でも職員同士の不手際で３０分位待たされ暑い中大変でした。
待ち時間に、外メニューで、コリンキーフライにするかと思い入店
入店してコリンキーってなんですか？と聞いたらカボチャの一種みたいな感じとか言ってたか？
では、それでお願いしますとお願いしたらメニューに書いてある全種類が出てきました。
日替わりでメニュー一種類だけだったんですね！
飲み物は、ルイボスティーアイスを選択
味噌汁は、しじみ汁でした。
鰻混ぜご飯にぎり・冷やしラーメンサラダ・コリンキーフライ・小松菜のお浸し・桃のヨーグルトシャーベット￥１０００
色々食べれて良いですね！
味付けもさっぱり系で良いと思います。
最近大食い傾向の私には、少しお腹が不足で蒙古タンメン中本に向かいました（笑）
