This is my first time visiting. In Kawagoe, I went near Hon-Kawagoe Station and looked at various things from the station, but I was a little worried about whether it would be right, but I arrived safely. There were a variety of private rooms, but it was more solidly built than I expected, and the interior was clean considering it's an Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) I looked at the menu, there was a wide variety of choices, so I had a hard time choosing. The fun atmosphere and ice-cold beer were a great pairing with any of the dishes. It's nice to have things that you can pick, like edamame and flavored quail eggs. The sashimi platter was well-sized, the tuna had a refreshing taste, and the octopus had a nice texture. The salmon had sweet fat, and the Thai had plenty of flavor. It goes well with green tea high. The potato salad has a homemade feel and the seasoning is irresistible. The taste is good because it brings out the flavor of the ingredients. The fried dish is made with tofu and mochi, and this combination is delicious when served piping hot. The roast beef used very good quality meat and was plentiful. Drool chicken is a thick cut of chicken that is not overcooked, so it is moist and has almost no spiciness, making it a good balance to eat with condiments such as green onions. All the dishes had a good salty taste that wasn't too strong. The grilled rice Onigiri at the end were fragrant and delicious when eaten with the accompanying mustard greens. There were many different types of staff, but I was left with a good impression that most of them were kind and worked hard.
