オススメする最強メニューをいただきました。
ヘルシーなダルバートの評価が高い当店ですが、
実は裏メニュー、隠れメニューに傑作が多いようです。
⭐完熟トマトスープ
先ずトマトが缶詰めではないのが大きいと思います。
新鮮で味の濃い完熟トマトを使っています。
トマトの旨み甘みに、刻みにんにくの野趣が足されて。
それ以上のレシピは分からないですが、初めての美味しさ。
夢中で完飲。
他のインド・ネパール料理店で見たことがありません。
東南アジアの「インド中華」っぽい不思議な味です。
オリジナルなのかな？
⭐青唐チーズナン
新作のようです。
まだメニューブックに載せていないみたい。
ナン好きな方なら必ず満足します。
元々こちらのチーズナンのファンでしたが、
ついに決定版が登場したと感じました。
マイルドで柔らかい味わいのチーズに対して、
エッジの効いた青唐辛子がガツンと仕掛けて来ます。

大きめサイズが2個。
驚愕の断面！
サクサク生地の中に、じゃが芋、挽肉、豆、ナッツの
具材がギッチリぱんぱん詰まっています。
こんな密度のサモサ見たことありますか？
満足度高いです。
久しぶりのアムリタ。満喫しました。
