PR for restaurants |
A restaurant serving carefully prepared North Indian Punjabi cuisine, Nepali Medicinal Food Dal Bhat, and freshly baked naan.
On the edge of Kawagoe, there is a shop that carefully makes Indian and Nepalese spice curry. The naans and samosas are all kneaded from flour, and the curry gravy is prepared early in the morning. Am |
I went for the special Nepali Dal Bhat which is only available on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. That day, I went a little before noon, and there were already a lot of people. And there was a lot of takeaway. The store staff are busy. I felt like I wasn't Japanese at all, and I smiled as I watched. Now, the most important thing is Dal Bhat, which is wonderfully seasoned with various ingredients and spices that will make your body feel good. Of course, this was my first time eating Dal Bhat, so I can't say for sure, but I get the feeling that this is not trying to flatter Japanese people. You could choose the spiciness of the chicken curry, but I like spicy food so I thought I'd go for it! If you think about it and say it harshly, well, it's painful. At first, it didn't feel that spicy, but then it started to get more and more spicy. I was licking it (lol) I was able to choose rice, and I thought it was the right choice to choose Indian rice. I thought this refreshing taste matched well with the curry and spices. I was told that the chewy Japanese rice would be a big problem for my stomach. There was so much curry that I ended up leaving some curry left over, but it was delicious. I would like to try a reasonable lunch next time.
