土曜日の19時台に初入店。9月にOPENしたばかりの店内は、綺麗＆おしゃれでとても居心地のいい空間でした。店内6組のお客様でしたが、すべてカップル2名の組み合わせというのもうなずけます。
お食事の方はオススメのクアトロチーズのシカゴピザとフォンデュするためのソーセージ・お野菜のオーブン焼きを注文。ボリューム満点のシカゴピザは熱々トロトロのチーズがたっぷりで、まずはフォンデュでいただき、すこし冷えてチーズが固まってきたところでピザとしていただきました。最高においしいです。チーズ好きの方には絶対オススメです。
前菜として注文したサラダも新鮮な旬なお野菜をマスタードベースのオリジナルドレッシングでいただきとても美味しかったです。特にカブがおいしかったかな。
ドリンクはチーズに合いそうなワインをボトルで注文しましたが、食がすすみあっという間に飲んでしまいました。
