東武東上線の上りホームの階段下にあるお店です
そば処吉野家の跡地ですね
初めてなので今回は「つけめん(濃厚)」(960円)を購入しました
実は本店は平日でも行列が出来ていて並ぶ決心がつかないのですが
こちらは並ばなくても良いとのことで先に来たという訳です
なのでちょっと不安になりながら待ちました
着丼するとぱっと見た目は同じような感じです
よく見ると麺は平打ちですね
では頂きます
麺は見た目通り喉越しは滑らかですがそれなりにコシもあり美味しいです
つけ汁の方は魚介と豚骨のダブルスープで本店の味と似ていますが
マイルドに感じました
本店の方も最初は削り節が粗くて味も尖っていたのですが
だんだん細かくなって大人しくなってきたので今はこんな感じなんでしょうか
後半はスープ割して麺を投入してラーメン風で頂きました
美味しいのですがやはり大人しい感じは同じでした
辛つけめんの方が私に合うのかもしれません
とは言え並ばずに食べられるのは便利ですね
ご馳走様でした
次は弟さんのお店の系列にしようかな
