池袋は大昔に何回かあるけどこちらは初めて。元は吉野家やはなまるうどんのあった所。外の券売機でつけ麺濃厚930円と特盛220円券購入
店員3人。10分程で着丼。麺量は生麺で440㌘。平打ち麺で随分しっかりな歯応え。つけ汁はドロドロでやや大きめな器に結構な量。節に頼ってますが動物系の味もそれなりに。絡みも本店以上で別物です。大抵底にあって隠し味的な柚子片がいきなり上。薄いけど大きいチャーシュー、葱、なると、海苔が美味しい。つけ汁が結構余りました。麺が足りない
遅い時間なのに常に10人ほどは居て人気です
西川越に一軒だった時は店主のやりたいコンセプトという事で色々なメニュー出ましたが、今はお店によりメニューは固まってる様に見えます
