美味しくて楽しかった…！！
お店の人がオススメしてくれた【超ホロホロの茹でたん】が忘れられない！
本当に箸で切れる、ホロホロの茹でたん。
添えてある自家製わさびが品の良い味わいで、茹でたんの上のスパイスと合う！
本当に口の中でほろほろっとなるんだけど、食べ応えもあって。
美味しいです。
そしてこちらもオススメされた【国産鶏の肉汁焼き(にくじゅうやき)】
じっくりスパイスに漬け込んだ鶏を、オーブンで焼き上げたいっぴん。
これも美味しかったーーーーーーーーーーー！！
目の前で店員さんが切ってほぐしてくれます。
良い香りに包まれて、気持ちがぐんぐんワクワクして。
口に入れると、ふわりとやわらかくて美味しいんです。
メニューに、
「〆に残った肉汁に銀シャリおむすびを付けて食べると、飛びます！！」と
記載されているのですが。
正に、それ。
【肉汁焼きの向こう側(銀シャリおむすび1個)】
鶏の油とスパイスで、おにぎりが何十倍も美味しくなる。
これは大発見でした。
最初、友達とおにぎりは半分でいいよね～～って言って1つしか
オーダーしていなかったのですが。
食べてすぐ。
もう1つオーダーしちゃったぐらい、本気で美味しいです！
また、このおにぎりにちょびっと付いている海苔が良い味出すんです！！！
これは絶対にオーダーしてほしいです！

最近マイブームの川越 小江戸探索の後、JR川越駅へ向かうクレアモールにある
このお店に入ってみました。
平日でしたが、テーブル席は満席でカウンター席に。
…このカウンダ―席が想像以上に落ち着くし、居心地も良かったです。
目の前でドリンクを作っているところが見えて楽しいのと、
店員さんのお気遣いが細やかに感じられる席でした。
乾杯は、お店のオススメの【ミント香るレモン】サワーと、
【季節のフルー酎】葡萄サワー。
フレッシュの葡萄と、ミント、レモンを使って目の前で作って貰って。
これがもう可愛くて美味しくてうっとり。
【牛すじ肉じゃが 〜ガーリックトースト2枚付き〜】
和風と洋風の良いとこどり！
牛すじでガーリックなんだけど。
【超ホロホロの茹でたん】の自家製わさびを付けても美味しかった！！
是非、両方オーダーして、わさびをとっておいて一緒に食べてほしいです。
【九条ネギのレバテキ】
低音調理してあるレバーに、ごま油とニンニクを付けて
九条ネギと戴くいっぴん。
やわらかで臭みのないレバーが、口の中でほろほろと。
【サワマル的 コンピ―フポテサラ】
ちょっと1つ上な、贅沢ポテサラ。
これも美味しかったーーーーーーーーーーー！！
【山芋の竜田揚げ】
山芋のフライって、棒状のものを想像してしまいがちなのですが。
これは「肉じゃがのじゃが」型。
これだけでも味がついていて、内側ほろり、外側さくさくで美味しいのですが
自家製タルタルソースを付けて食べると、もう至極。
山芋だから、どこかさっぱり食べられて美味しいです！
それから【ドラゴンフルーツサワー】【アールグレイレモンサワー】を飲んで。
ドラゴンフルーツもフレッシュなのに驚いた！
どのフルーツサワーを頼んでも、フルーツがたっぷり食べられて満足！
〆のデザートは【大人のパイの実 ピスタチオアイス添え】
パイもお店で作ったものだそう。
サックサクで美味しかった！！
大満足でした。
何を食べても美味しかったので、平日でも結構混みあっていました。
予約をすることをオススメします。
土・日・祝日は昼飲みもやっているそう。
カウンターしか空いてなくても、臆せず入ってほしい。
カウンター席、とっても楽しかったです。
ごちそうさまでした、また行きます！！！
