今日の夕飯は、今週日曜日に母の一周忌のため、長男が家にいたので、川越に新しく出来た、大阪十三鉄板焼かしわぎに行って来ました。
店の近くに行くと、ひっそりしていて、また立看板に照明がないのか点灯してなくて休みかと思いましたが、やっていて一安心！
メニューは、お好み焼き、もんじゃ、鉄板焼き、串カツなど豊富にあります。
ほっかけソバ豚玉

アスパラ、うずら、豚バラの串カツ
中落ちカルビ
を注文しました。
お好み焼きは、店員さんが作ってくれます。
その間、緑茶割りを呑んで待ちます。
ぼっかけソバ豚玉は、ソバがパリッとしていて、ふんわりと焼かれて、さすがプロが焼いた、お好み焼きで美味しいです。
串カツも、素材、揚げもよく、カルビも美味しい！
ただ次のお好み焼きが、あとから客が来て、なかなか出来なく、待たされましたが、レンコン、しいたけ、白身魚、エビの串カツが、お待たせして申し訳けありませんとサービスです！
これは凄い。しかも串カツ美味しいし。
