本川越駅近辺で昼呑みが出来る居酒屋さんで、いつもは川越駅に向かう道すがらを探すのですが、川越市駅に向かうあたりを探して見つけた「もつ煮 まつい」
川越近くの東松山で人気のもつ煮屋さんが川越にも出店されたみたいで、まだ新しい店舗は内装も綺麗です。
メニューを見るとメインはもつ煮、あとはうどんがあるみたいですが、酒のアテになりそうなものはもつ煮以外は見当たらないです。
「単品ミニもつ煮」540円（税込み）と中瓶ビール600円でのどをうるおします。
もつ煮は下処理がしっかりとしてあり、臭みは全くありません。強いて言えば少し塩っ気が強いかな？というくらい。
美味しく頂きました。
