川越クレアモールのその先に先日オープンしたビストロへ潜入しました。
オープンを祝う胡蝶蘭がきれい！
都内のレストランとは違って広い店内、清々しい雰囲気です。なんでもシェフ2人が「ベル」に因んだ名前だとか･･･
料理はアラカルトのみ、黒板よりチョイスしました。
馬肉と酒盗のタルタル
イカ墨のアランチーニ
ヒラメのカルパッチョ
うにオムレツ
牛たん煮こみ
生うにの冷製パスタ
パッケリグラタン
揚げナスと豚ひき肉のアーリオオーリオ
ビストロというよりバルが近い。
食材も味つけもいい感じです。
カルパッチョ、イカスミ料理、うに料理はとくにオススメ。
肉料理がもっと充実するとより良くなりそうです。
伸びしろを期待して時々立ち寄ろうと思います。
