昨日無事に亡父の25回忌、亡母の13回忌を済ませて、嫁さんは実家に、私は本日朝から帰路の途に着きました。
新幹線沿線法面火災の影響で、15時頃の帰宅予定が2時間遅れてしまったので夕食は一人で本川越の駅近くイタリアンビストロの「Bellknot」さん。
いただいた泡はスペインのカヴァボトル。
陸前高田の魚を仕入れているので、「スズキと真鯛のカルパッチョ」「サバとシャインマスカットのセルクル仕立てマスカルポーネ・ムース」
〆はパスタシチリアーナ90g
加齢で余り食べられないのが残念。
〆のお酒はイタリアの焼酎「グラッパ」
