川越にある、宿泊施設『旅籠 小江戸や～Hatago COEDOYA～』に併設された『縁結び横丁～ENYOKO～』というフードコート内に2022年8月にオープンした茶碗蒸し専門店！！
オーナーのお話によると、こちらは大の茶碗蒸し好きであるオーナーがこだわりを持ってオープンしたお店らしいです。

埼玉県内初の茶碗蒸し専門店！
小江戸茶碗蒸本舗さんでは、あご鶏だし（あご、鶏、かつお節）の「あっさりとした中にコクのある味わい」で一番だしを使う、本格的な茶碗蒸しを大ボリュームでいただくことができます。

具は国産鶏もも肉をはじめ、えび・しいたけ・ぎんなん・れんこん・かまぼこなどを使っています。ふわとろ食感を出すため、蒸気の温度管理・蒸し時間にもこだわり、蒸したてを提供してくれますよ
小さめのカップに入っていましたが、出汁が本当に美味しくって…ペロリと完食してました！！
中に具材が思ったよりも入っていたので、本当に大満足でした！！

まず見た目が可愛くってびっくりした！！
光に当たるとキラキラしててかわいいの！
こちらも990円と値段だけ見ると高いなーと思うかもしれません。
だけど、いくらがたくさん乗って、この値段なら妥当では無いかなーと思います。
しかも、いくらは北海道産ときたら、まあこの値段になるよねー！って感じ！
お店自慢の茶碗蒸しといくらの組み合わせはまちがいなしでした！
