川越エリアにカジュアルイタリアン酒場が新オープン！ |
イタリアンレストラン「TAKEYA」さん、川越市内に何店舗か出店されています。本川越駅前にあるその内の1店舗が閉店されて、新しい名前のイタリアンに変わったと思って入ってみました。
従業員？経営者？の方に尋ねてみると元「TAKEYA」で働いていた方々が独立して居抜きで新しく店舗を開業させたそう。
ボトルワインは2,600円から。それを1本いただいて、つまみには1,200円なピッツァマルゲリータ。
短時間でパリっと焼き上がったピッツァ、美味しいです。
当面は夕方5時から深夜まで休みの日を作らず毎日営業されるそう。
頑張って欲しいお店ですね。
