オープン時から気になってたお店に行ってきました。
ディナー満席だったら場所的にきついのでクリスマス前の中華なら空いてるハズってのと保険で予約してからの訪問。
クリスマス前ってのがあたって空いてました。
週末ディナー限定の広東チャーシュー(ハーフ)、ヤリイカの湯引き、焼売(２個)、パリパリ春巻き、エビの春巻き変わり揚げ、エビだし白麻婆豆腐、虎視たんたん炒飯を注文。
チャーハンは味付けというか香りが本番のソレ！
ヤリイカの湯引きはタレが美味しい！ヤリイカ、ネギ、生姜も美味しいんだけどタレが最高！
焼売は肉食ってるって感じの満足感。
エビの春巻きはレベル高いこのお店でも私的№1！パリパリにプリプリで最高に美味しかったです!
お酒は紹興酒ベースのドラゴンハイボール、ドラゴンウォーターをいただきましたが美味しかったです。
紹興酒ってこんな飲み方も出来るのですね。
このあたりラーメン屋やラーメンメインの中華屋はいくつかありますが峨眉山さんと並んでとても美味しいです。
場所が場所ならもっと混んで、もっとお高くても人気なお店だと思います。
ランチは曜日問わず盛況ですがディナーは平日空いてて週末は混むそうです。
今度は麺系せめてみたいですね。
