24年の３月26日に開店された新しいお店です
川越ではジンギスカン専門店としては初めてかもしれません
早速伺ってみました
カウンター席に着きメニューを見て暫し考えました
まずはスタートメニューと言う「生ラムジンギスカンセット」(本体1180円)
と「生ビ 中」(500円)を注文しました
開店直後ということでオペレーションに不安があったので「生ラム」(980円)も追加しました
生ビはスリムなジョッキでの登場でした
少し待って肉が２つで良いか確認後に料理が運ばれてきました
早速ジンギスカン鍋に予め乗せられていた野菜を
中心部はもやしにして玉ねぎとキャベツは周辺に置き直しました
そしてもやしの上に生ラムを乗せて蒸し焼きにしました
両面が焼けた感じになったので最初にタレに浸けて頂きました
生姜が効いていますね
ラム肉自体は非常に柔らかくて癖が無いです
美味しいと思いました
癖が無いので塩も美味しく感じました
その後「ライス小」(220円)を追加して写真のようにオンザライスで〆ました
ご馳走様でした
しかし開店直後という事もありオペレーションや
筋も結構多く感じたので下処理が改善されると良いと思いました
メニューも増えると更に良いと思いました
