坂戸産他、県内外の七種類の季節の野菜の天ぷらと化学調味料一切使用していない汁、北海道産の蕎麦とのこと。
蕎麦はとても細く白いのですが、食べる前に想像していたよりもしっかりと蕎麦の味でした。デザートの蕎麦団子も美味しい。
店内の雰囲気も美しく綺麗な空間。
