The shop has been in this location on the Tsurugashima Station side for about 10 years. Although it is sometimes cluttered, it is a neat and tidy shop. I think the best part of Hakata Tonkotsu ramen is the thin noodles that mix well with the soup, and this is an orthodox Tonkotsu Ramen that embodies that. It seems that the shop is run by a single staff member, which I think is amazing. When the shop becomes empty, the staff will talk to you in a friendly manner.
