I'll have lunch here today. I arrived at the restaurant in the rotary at Tsurugashima Station at 1:55 p.m. When I entered, there were counter seats on the left and table seats on the right. There were no customers. As soon as I entered, I chose Tetsumen Ramen Soy Sauce (780 yen including tax) from the ticket machine on the right. I handed the ticket to the female manager who was working alone, ordered firm noodles, strong flavor, and normal fat, and sat at the counter. I drank the cold water that was served and waited for 3 to 4 minutes for Ramen to arrive. It smelled of pork bone, but there was no pork bone smell. Let's eat it. First, the smooth soup. The soup was a little thick, but for me it was about normal thickness, even though I asked for it to be strong. The umami was not very strong. I remember hearing that Tetsumen has a seafood flavor, but I didn't feel any seafood flavor. Next is the noodles. The extremely thin Hakata noodles were hard as ordered, and had a crumbly texture. The soup didn't stick well to my mouth. The pork Ramen. I still had some room in my stomach, so I ordered a half-rice for 100 yen including tax. When you order rice here, you get unlimited curry. There's no way I wouldn't order this (lol). The curry was medium spicy. It wasn't too spicy. It was rich and quite delicious. Of course I ordered a second helping of curry (lol). As I ate the curry, I couldn't finish the Ramen soup. I was full and very satisfied. There were two other groups of three customers. Thank you for the meal.
