【超濃厚豚骨乳白濁スープ】
2024年ラーメン食べ初め！
今宵は、20時入店。カウンターに8名先客
久しぶりの『鶴亀堂』訪問です。
このご時世、値上げしてましたが、仕方なし。
まずは、麺の固さを【かた】で、オーダーしました。ものの3分とたたずに着丼。
さすが博多ラーメン、着丼までのスピードが速い。
超濃厚豚骨をうたっているスープだけに、綺麗に白濁したクリーミーな豚骨スープ。嫌みな匂いが残っていないことから、丁寧な仕事をしてスープを作っていることと思いました。
メンマの存在感が、しっかりと感じられる太さなのに柔らかく仕事がされた1品です。
濃厚なスープに仕立ててあるためか、一定の粘度を持っており極細ストレート麺に、しっかりと絡んできます。うまい。
続いて、麺がなくならないうちに、替え玉を【ばり】でオーダー。替え玉は、【焼き豚骨ラーメン風】に、着麺とともにアレンジします。
