出来た頃は空席が目立ちましたが、今では開店前に並ぶ人気店です。
今回は濃厚博多トンコツチャーシュー麺にうま玉をオーダー！麺はハリガネで当然キクラゲ増しです
スープはトンコツ使用量日本一となっていましたが、臭みはなくもたれるようなしつこさもなかったです。
麺とスープの相性はピッタリ✌️
サイドにはゴマ、紅しょうが、辛子高菜の定番お供が
辛子高菜は本場モンの辛さ！
で、うま玉ですが…
なんとなくよしかわさんの和え玉をイメージしてましたが違いました。
魚粉と刻みネギの乗った替え玉でした。
コレはコレで美味しかったですが、やっぱり普通の替え玉がいいかな。
