６時前に出発し、10:30前に終了
となれば田舎っぺに行きたくなります
早い昼食にと向かったものの、既にそこそこのお客さん入り
さすがですね

まだお店に余裕があるので、今日はまた少し冒険を試みます
”きのこ倍とかにできますか？”と伺ったら、OKでした
”具増し”というそうで丸々倍量か1.5倍にできるそうです
結構カスタマイズ利きます
では、きのこ具増しの特大とほうれん草でオーダーしました
トクダイキノコグマシホウレンソウと伝達されていきました

おー、分厚くカットされた椎茸がわんさか入っています
最初はほうれん草をダイブさせ、うどんを啜ります
幸せだぁ

そして頃合いを見て椎茸をガブリ・・・
得も言われぬ椎茸の旨味がこだまします
うどんは調子に乗ってしまい多すぎましたが、椎茸倍量は今後も継続したいですね
キーワードは”グマシ”です

ベロンとしたうどんは、これはこれで旨いと思う
コシのある讃岐うどん、堅い吉田うどん、やわやわな博多うどん
でも、ベロンとしたうどんには安息感を覚えます

あー、シンプルです
薬味もねぎとしょうが、揚げ
これはこれで旨いなぁ
そしてお会計にびっくり
お財布に優しかった
グルタミン酸
キノコ汁をもう一度
そして、ほうれん草とおろし生姜
やはり旨い椎茸です
味・歯応えともに良し
つけ汁の旨さを増幅します
途中でほうれん草とおろし生姜を入れます
冬のほうれん草の甘味と生姜の辛味が引き立て合います
今日も美味しくいただきました
