埼玉県を中心に…というか、1軒が千葉にあるだけで、あとは全部埼玉県に存在している、こちらのお好み焼きチェーン店。セルフスタイルのお好み焼きで、こちらのお店は注文がタッチパネルでしたね。というか、そういう風に全店変わったのかしら？
注文したのは、『豚天』で、税別690円。毎回20%OFFクーポンくれるからありがたい。
自分で焼いても指南書通りに作ればふわふわのお好み焼きが完成。キャベツや天かすたっぷり。豚肉は薄切りのものが10枚。カリッカリに焼き上げるのが美味しさの秘訣かなぁ。
