埼玉県を中心に…というか、千葉の1軒以外は、全て埼玉に店舗を構えているらしい、こちらのお好み焼き屋。セルフで焼き上げるお好み焼き屋さんですが、卓上にあるオーダーシートに記入して注文。で、そんなに時間がかからず食材が提供されます。
で、卓上にある指南書みたいなの通りに作っていきましたが、素人でもふんわり、美味しいお好み焼きが出来る。さすが。
そんなわけで、注文したのは、『たっぷり豚天』（税別690円）。キャベツ、天かすたっぷり。豚肉は11枚入っていた。
食材1つ1つは普通のものだし、お好み焼きそのものも普通なんだけど、その普通さが安心するというか。
