GWの風が強い最終日、妻と2人で訪問。思い立ったのが遅く、11:15頃に到着。1巡目の方が入り終わり、待ち客は1組のみ。入口横のベンチで腰掛けること40分ほど経った頃に呼ばれました。
店内は2人掛or4人掛のテーブルが6つ、6人が座れるお座敷が2つ、カウンターが3席あり、お座敷に通されました。
牛ホルモンのつけ汁うどん（中）と野菜天3点盛りを注文。野菜天は、かき揚げ、舞茸と、店内の黒板に書いてあったアスパラ天をお願いしました。
その後、10分強で野菜天が到着。お値段以上のボリューム。塩か出汁醤油でいただくスタイルです。サクサクと揚がっており、特にアスパラは筋もなく柔らかくアスパラの風味が口いっぱいに広がります。
その後、程なくしてつけ汁うどんが到着。うどんは小麦の味が強く、そこまで硬くないのですが、しっかりとした弾力が感じられます。それをつけ汁に入れて食べると…、なんだこれ？！と思わず口走ってしまうくらいの驚きと美味しさ。牛ホルモンのエキスを強く感じられ、プルプルの肉の塊、ニラやニンニク、胡麻などが満載のつけ汁にうどんがとても良くマッチします。途中でラー油を入れるとピリッとした味に変化。最後まで美味しくいただきました。
帰る頃にも待っているお客さんがたくさん。人気店です。ちなみに駐車場は7台分ですぐにいっぱいになります。車で来る方は他のパーキングもご検討された方が良いですね。ごちそうさまでした。また来ます。
