Yakitori no Ogiya is a chain restaurant serving charcoal-grilled yakitori. I came here because the menu has been completely redesigned since November 12th, and they have started offering Ramen supervised by my favorite restaurant Kuroi. I visited the Kitahon Nakamaru store in Saitama. The store is spacious and clean, and the staff is very courteous. "Chicken chive ramen supervised by Kuroi" 680 yen (all prices excluding tax) The chicken minced bean paste has melted into the soup, but it is covered all over with chives, giving it an impact. The soup has a light chicken base. Kuroi is famous for its salt, and the salty sauce has a mineral feel and just the right amount of sharpness. Coarsely ground chicken mince seasoned with bean sauce is also a nice accent. It's definitely a cup that you would expect to finish at Izakaya (Japanese-style bar), but it's delicious because you know the key points. ``Ogiyaki Momokawa'' 120 yen ``Ogiyaki Momo Garlic'' 150 yen This restaurant's recommendation is the domestic chicken yakitori. Ogiyaki is like thigh meat wrapped in skin. It's voluminous for the price, and the charcoal-grilled skin is crispy and the meat is juicy. This is a dish worthy of being on the signature menu. ``Original Bariteba'' 140 yen x 2 A chicken wing-like dish from Nagoya. The skin is delicious after being raised twice. "NEW Baliteba Spicy Hot" 140 yen x 2 This one is raised once, so it has a fresh feel, but the "original", which is raised twice, has a more standard taste. Spicy Hot has chili peppers sprinkled with garlic chips. ``Minced meat cutlet made with Japanese black beef'' 390 yen Since it is Japanese black beef, the meat juice is quite juicy. The freshly fried and crunchy batter is also good. ``Warm tanuki hot yakko with green seaweed and tenkasu'' 390 yen Silky tofu, dashi soup, tenkasu, and green seaweed are the best combination. ``Nameraka Pudding Custard'' 300 yen The portion is small, but it is rich in high-class concentrated flavor. "Ice Cup Strawberry" 320 yen Made from 100% Tochiotome, it has a strong flavor and is delicious even for adults. I was looking for Kuroi's Ramen, but the regular snacks were also pretty good. The signature menu items ``Ogiyaki'' and ``Minced meat cutlet'' were particularly good. Also, you can get unlimited refills of the edamame that comes with the appetizer (280 yen). There's an "all-you-can-drink soft drink" option for 280 yen (for junior high school students and under), and it's a spacious Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) that even families can enjoy.
