埼玉県上尾市に出張です、お昼ご飯に聞き覚えのある
中華そばよしかわさんに訪問します。
煮干しそば白醤油を頂きます、まずは外で食券を購入し
ベンチに並ぶ事20分で、入店出来ました♪
スープはあっさり美味い、煮卵　焼豚しっかりと味付け
されてこれも美味い！ただ麺が私には合いません。
ストレート細麺は良いけど、固茹で麺が駄目でした。
この麺ってよく言う、バリカタ？なのかな私はダメでした、麺の硬さを聞いてくれるお店がありますが
ここは聞いてはくれなかったです。その麺だけ正直この行列が何なのか気になるお店でした♪
