今月の上旬。友人との呑みで訪問しました。
実はこの店、数か月前にも足を運んでいるのだが、酔いが回りすぎて詳細を記憶しておらずレビューを見送った経緯がある。しかし、美味いのは覚えているので友人からこの店の名前を提案されたとき、二つ返事で乗ることにした。この日は水炊きが半額提供だったので渡りに船である。
定刻通りおちあい、店に入るが思いの外、盛況ぶりで手前のテーブル席が空いているのみであった。
先ずは早速、生中と水炊きを注文し乾杯。
スーパードライなのがいまいち気に入らないが、まあしゃーない。
以下、注文した品は御覧の通り。
水炊き
ややとんこつ風のスープと具がイイ感じに融合し美味い。
つくねが滋味あふれるというか深みのあるというか正に正統派つくねという感じで美味かったし、鶏肉も肉肉しくて良かった。
あん肝
コクがあり、日本酒のアテにぴったり
モモ焼き鳥
タレがモモの味を引き立てて美味し。
白もつ
臭みなくイイ感じに柔らかく美味し。
日本酒
日本刀という銘柄。
辛口で味がきりりと締まり美味し。
名前忘れた
こちらも辛口だがより深みがあり美味し。
サンマ竜田揚げ
揚げ加減良く美味し。
もう一軒、気になる店があるとの事でここで打ち止めにしたが、バランスが良く中々の良店である。
