I went to a shop called SHIBASANCHI, located at the west exit of Ageo City, right in front of Ageo Central General Hospital. Since this was my third time ordering sake, I could only order one item, but the smoked platter was absolutely delicious. The kiwi liquor is also delicious, but apparently they are particular about smoking it, so I wonder if it was originally made with salmon? It was supposed to come in, but it was out of stock, so they kindly provided us with Other! Everything is delicious, but the sweetness of the smoked cheese and honey is the highlight! I would like to have lunch there next time. The manager was also very nice and explained the recommendations thoroughly! !
