なにより「安心しておいしい蕎麦を召し上がっていただきたい」
外観はコンクリート打ちっぱなし、店内は木の質感が感じられる暖かな雰囲気、壁や天井は珪藻土・和紙、床やドアはすべて無垢の木で統一。トイレは車椅子のまま入れるバリアフリー仕様です。 店主は「うまい蕎麦を打ちたい。お客さまにとって良い蕎麦屋でありたい」という気持ちでは決してひけを取らぬと自負しております。 |
最高の蕎麦屋さん。
というか、始めて蕎麦というのはここまで美味いものなんだという事を知る事が出来たお店です。
蕎麦の旨さは出汁の旨さと勘違いしていた自分が恥ずかしい。
蕎麦自体の風味と味わいというのがこんなにもあるんだなと。
閑話休題。
料理の他、お酒も真っ当。
素材も真っ当。惜しむらくは東京から小旅行レベルの土地にある事か。
多く語れる程来店はしていませんが、蕎麦、蕎麦前共に感涙の味。
店内は禁煙だしトイレ含めて綺麗だし、値段も安いしなにもいう事はありません。
でもこのお店の名物の一つである穴子関係は未だ一度も頂けていないのは悲しいかな。

一度店主は交通事故に遭われたとブログで拝見しました。
が奇跡的にも主だった重症が無かったのは天の導きだろうか。
この方が作る料理や蕎麦を、食べる事ができる大宮近辺にお住まいの方は幸せです。
是非伺って見て、その芳醇な味わいの蕎麦を食べてもらいたい。
個人的には十割を何もつけずに食べるのが超好き。前述のように蕎麦の風味が恐ろしいほどします。
生きている間にこの蕎麦を食べる事が出来て本当に良かった。
酒はオール燗酒？
神亀、辨天娘、竹鶴、日置桜、等このお酒と穴子の煮こごりを合わせるまでは死ねない自分がおりますが、
そんな事いうと一生お目にかかれないかもw
