3年以上前ですが、一度接待で連れて来て貰った蕎麦屋さん。その後も何度か足を運んでいたのですが、宴会貸切などで重なってなかなかありつけませんでしたが、今回久しぶりの再訪です。
メインは店主拘りのお蕎麦ですが、蕎麦以外のメニューも充実しており、セットメニューが充実しているので、初めてでも頼み易い。
土曜日ランチでの利用でしたが、12時前の訪問に店内は客がおらず、一番奥の席に着座。
店主おまかせのコース料理(¥3000)を注文。
始めにテーブルに大きな蕎麦打ちの皿が置かれ、店主が目の前で蕎麦を捏ね、会津山都産の蕎麦粉の香りを楽しませてくれる。そのままそば打ちし、うち打ちたての蕎麦が供される。
打ちたてを大事にし、手間をかけても美味しいものを供してくれようとする店主の思いが伝わる。
蕎麦はあまり詳しくありませんが、細めの麺に歯応えのある美味しいお蕎麦でした。
素晴らしいのが蕎麦湯。濃厚な蕎麦の香りとエキスが詰まった濃厚な蕎麦湯でした。あそこまで濃厚な蕎麦湯を提供してくれる店はあまり知らないので、美味しさに感動し、普段は少ししか使わない蕎麦湯をほぼ完食してしまい、かなりお腹がいっぱいなりました。
前菜は黒毛和牛と蕎麦粉のパテと新井農園の野菜盛り合わせ。和食の中にある洋食のテイストがたまらない。
お椀はクキワカメのすり流し、焼き筍と木の芽が添え。濃厚な出汁の香りと木の芽の香りが重なり、ワカメのとろっとした食感も美味。
お造りは初鰹、生シラス、金目鯛、ホタルイカの盛り合わせ。どれも新鮮で美味しい。
蒸し物はハマグリと春キャベツ蒸し。
ホーローの鍋にて供される。キャベツの甘みとバターの風味、蛤の出汁がよくでている。
揚げ物はマダラの白子、めひかり、ミョウガ、なすと木の芽の天ぷら。アツアツの季節を感じる一皿。
焼き物はムツの蕎麦粉焼き？でしたかね。
肉料理はローストポークのソテーと最後に餡子のソースがかかったプディングを頂きました。
魚も肉も食べたいという我儘にしっかり応えてくれました。
以上計10品を2時間かけて、ゆっくり頂きました。
日本酒の瓶が多量に並んでおり酒飲みさんにもオススメです。ワインも置いてあります。
一人でふらっと蕎麦を食すという感じのお蕎麦屋さんではありませんが、ゆっくりと美味しい食事を頂きたいなら最高でしょう。
この内容で¥3000円は破格ですし、ありがとうふくろうさんという感じです。
また利用します。
ただ冒頭でも記載しましたが、貸切などで利用できないことがあるなぁという印象がありますが。
