誕生日祝いで初めて伺いました。
前菜のあと
女将さんが「これからこの石臼で挽いた蕎麦粉で打ちます」と北海道産の
蕎麦粉を見せてくれて、
そのあと店主が席まで来て
目の前で蕎麦を打ってくれる…なんという贅沢な…粉がみるみるまとまっていくのを目の当たりにしてパフォーマンス的にも楽しめて十分ワクワクしてきます。
熱盛りか冷や盛か
選べます。10割蕎麦なのに黒くないしゴツゴツさもない。細くて上品、美味しいです。その秘密はここではナイショですが
ちゃんと店主から説明があります。
天ぷらも、お刺身も、お寿司も、新鮮で美味しい。牛肉ステーキもレアで旨～

誕生日当日だったのでスパークリングワインをサービスしてもらいました。
それでも夫と娘はそのあと日本酒へ。
とてもたくさんの種類の日本酒がありました。私は運転手でしたが
とても喜んでました。
特筆すべきは
のどぐろの土鍋炊き込みご飯。
これは。もう絶句の、絶品です。
程よい油の回り方で、
しかも炊いたお魚の他にわざわざ焼いた魚も加えて芳ばしさをだしているやうです。
ここまで書いてお気づきかと思いますが
炭水化物のオンパレードです。
のどぐろの土鍋炊き込みご飯、こりゃ食べ切れなーい！、せっかくの絶品なのに！
…と思いきや、
残りはお土産にパックに入れて持たせてくれました。
なんというお心遣い！

お腹がいっぱいすぎてくるしかったけど、
次ははらぺこ青虫状態で伺おうと思います。
女将さんの手作りコースターもとても素敵で、店主と女将さんの温かいお人柄を表すようでした。
ホスピタリティー溢れるお店でした。
