初訪
先日にお邪魔した「RESTAURANT SALT」のカンパーニュが美味しかったので、郡山へ北上する途中に寄ってみました。
姉妹でパンを作っているのでcimai（シマイ）...地元のお客様に支持されているようです。
兎に角、辺鄙な立地なので、自家用車での訪問客が殆どです。立地的に地元のお客様のみ。
アンティーク調の店内には2組4名までしか入店出来ないので、開店（1200）と同時に行列...

650円：豆乳クリームと大山鶏のハムとカマンベールのホットサンドイッチ（パン：カンパーニュ）
510円：アイスティー
12-13分位で着膳。
以下、食した所感。
・想像以上の大きさです...
・豆乳ベシャルメソースと北海道産カマンベールがシコタマ挟まれており食べ進めると、カンパーニュの気泡（穴）からニュルっと飛び出してきます...
・チーズ+ハムの塩味も◎な塩梅。朝に食したラーメンとは大違い...
近くを通るようでしたら、軽食を頂きに寄ってみたい良店なのでしょうが、時間帯によっては売切れ御免状態のようですので、次回の訪問が悩まれるところ...
