蓮田市内の県道３号線から宇都宮線を蓮田駅迄向う旧道沿い
古い商店街の道を入り少し進むと左側にクワトロ・フォリオ
キッチン あずま が並んでいる道の向いにあるログハウスを
イメージした近隣農家のオーガニック野菜を積極的に使って
いる店なんです。本当は近くの二幸軒で中華のカレーライス
とワンタンを食べようかと思ったのですが店の外観からして
閉店してしまったようでした。街中華は減る一方ですね・・
月曜日の昼間に伺いましたがこんなタイプのレストランには
女性ばかりだと思ってましたがその通りでした、カブで来る
おじさんは私だけでしたのよ♬ 一人の旨を伝えると奥の４人
がけをテーブルを案内されましたが店内全部を見渡せる位置
で来客を見ると全員が女性でした。それとホールスタッフも
素敵な女性ですね♬
ランチメニューは何種類か有りましたが最初のページに有る
「きまぐれランチ」が惣菜が４種類に新香と味噌汁に小さな
ゼリーのデザートに五穀米で￥１４００なのでそれに決定♬
￥２００でドリンクが付けられるのでメロンクリームソーダ
をお願いしました。
以下は「きまぐれランチ」の内容です。
・鰆の唐揚げ甘酢風味
・ローストビーフとポテトサラダ
・スモークサーモンのサラダ
・海老入り茶碗蒸し
・蕪と胡瓜の古漬け
・味噌汁
・五穀米
・ゼリーのデザート
・メロンクリームソーダ（￥２００）
きまぐれプレートは１０分位で運ばれて来ました。少しずつ
ですが一つ一つには地元の農家さんが栽培したオーガニック
野菜がどれもたっぷり使用してますが、どれもがエグミが
なっくてとっても旨いよ♬ 鰆の唐揚げにはトマト、人参の
サラダ、大根、水菜、ローストビーフには丁寧にマッシュを
したシンプルなポテトサラダ、スモークサーモンのサラダに
は海藻的な物を含めて数種類の野菜、御新香は古漬けで蕪と
胡瓜でしたが口直しに最適ですね～、味噌汁は茗荷と、麩が
入ってまして薄味の汁でした。茶碗蒸しは野菜は無かったで
すが海老が２匹入っていたね～、これに五穀米だから大満足
でした。かなりの野菜を摂取した感じでした。
少量だけれど「ゼリーのデザート」も付いていて、最後まで
楽しめましたよん。別料金（￥２００）のクリームソーダも
最近はインスタ映えするとかで若い女子に人気があるそう！
乳脂肪少な目のアイスと共に美味しく頂きました。
店内には販売のセンスの良い陶器類も飾ってあって女性には
かなり受けそうでしたが男性も臆せず行ってみようよ・・・
かなり美味しい料理が食べられますよ♬
