10年以上ぶりの牛角。
思っていたよりも美味しかった。
なんか意外でした。
たしかにいい肉頼むと、他でオーダーされないからなのか、がっつり冷凍状態で、揉んでないしまだまだだなと思いましたが、ノーマルなカルビやロースは価格を考えると悪くない気がします。
