おしゃれなドッグランカフェでグルメな「味噌漬け豚丼」
私の地元エリアではありますが、ナビがないとたどり着けない場所にあります。
周辺は田畑ですが、もともとドッグランということを考えれば適した立地なのかもしれません。
ドッグランとカフェが併設されています。
カフェは、ワンちゃんと一緒に入れるWESTエリアと、ワンちゃんNGのEASTエリアがあります。
自分は、ご飯を食べに来たので、EASTエリアへ。
日曜日の夕刻だけにドッグランもカフェも賑わっています。パスタやパンケーキが人気のようです。
自分はお目当ての「味噌漬け豚丼セット」1480円を注文します。単品ならば980円、セットはサラダ・味噌汁・お新香付きです。
サラダ・味噌汁・お新香で500円プラスは高いかなー、と思ったら、
この有機野菜のサラダが美味しい。セットにして正解でした。
特にドレッシングが美味しい！このドレッシングならば、野菜苦手な自分でもボウルいっぱいの野菜が食べられそうです。
得てして、市販のドレッシングだったりするのですが、ここは自家製ドレッシングだと信じたいところです。
そして絶品の味噌漬け豚丼、秩父出身の私は豚の味噌漬けが大好きなのですが、このお店は柔らかく上品な豚肉で一枚ずつ丁寧に食べてみました。できれば、もう一人前お弁当で持ち帰りたいくらいです。
近くに美味しい味噌豚丼が食べられるお店を見つけて大満足です。

ドッグラン併設のカフェ。
木々に囲まれ、軽井沢のようなワンちゃんファーストのカフェです。
この数週間前来た時は、ドッグランのイベントなのか駐車場が満車で諦めた経緯があります。
今回もまたイベントに重なったのかほぼ満車だったのですが、なんとか1台分確保！
店内に入ると、ワンちゃんと一緒に入れるスペースには1組先客がいるものの、
人間専用スペースは自分だけ。まあ、午前11時だからこんなものかも。
ということは、やはりこの車の皆さんはドッグラン利用なのでしょう。
お目当ての「穂高こだわりみそ漬け豚丼」1518円を注文です。
じつは、このお店はパンケーキやパフェが美味しいと評判なのですが、
店の雰囲気には実にミスマッチな豚味噌漬け丼もイケてるのです。
ランチにはオーガニックサラダとドリンク（珈琲or紅茶or烏龍茶）が付きますが、
100円プラスすると、もうちょっとドリンクの幅が広がります。
自分は「ジンジャエール(辛口)」にしてもらいました。
まずはサラダ。このサラダが美味しいんです。オーガニックですから。
野菜嫌いの汚名を着せられている今般ですが、美味しい野菜は大好きなのです。
この野菜ならばボウルいっぱいに出てきてもペロッといけちゃうよ。
そして、豚味噌漬け丼！
豚肉を一口いただきます！んー、これこれ、うまい。
ちょうどいい柔らかさで、ちょうどいい焦げ具合。味噌の香ばしさがたまりません。
お肉の厚み、照り具合、味噌の濃さ、ご飯のタレの染み具合、1500円出しても惜しくない味です。
ちなみに、ジンジャエール辛口は、豚味噌漬けに相性がいいことも判明しました。
ごちそう様でした！いつかはパンケーキもいただきたいと思ってます。
