東京出張の合間に友人のオススメカフェとして初訪問。
ドッグランも可能な広場が併設されたログハウスカフェです
犬が好きなので、広場が見えるwestエリアのカウンターへ
店内真ん中のテーブルにはログハウスログが置かれていて、ログ好きにはたまりませんね。
今回注文したのは

友人が注文したのは
★自家製ベーコンのハニーマスタード
お昼時間帯でしたが、ガッツリ甘いもの頂いちゃいました。
フレンチトーストは、カソナード（赤砂糖。粗めの粉状で薄い褐色した砂糖のこと）をまぶして焦した新食感を味わえます。
確かに、表面はカリッとしていて、中はトロトロ。
味もしっかり染み込んでいて食べ応え抜群です！
添えられている生クリームもたっぷりなので、甘いの大好きな私にとって満足できる一品
常連さん？の飼い犬がドッグランで遊んでいる光景を見ながらカフェ、、
良い気分転換になって良いですね！
あまり埼玉県にお邪魔する機会は少ないですが、次回は是非もう一つのおすすめメニュー
★穂高こだわりのみそ漬け豚丼
を味わいに再来訪したい。
