私の目当ては、穂高こだわり味噌漬け豚丼
相方はブリュレフレンチトーストでしたが、パンケーキと共に販売停止でした
残念を満面で表現して、生パスタorホットサンドプレートで迷ってました
・ホットサンドプレート 1320円
・穂高こだわり味噌漬け豚丼（サラダ・ドリンクセット） 1600円
〇ホットプレートサンド
2種類のチーズと生ハム・はちみつで少し甘い
生ハムの塩気とたっぷり入ったチーズがとても美味しい
この組み合わせは最高に美味しかったです
〇豚丼
厚い脂多めの豚肉は、網焼きでじっくり焼かれて香ばしい
味噌も拘っていて、甘酒や数種の調味料を使用して熟成させたとありました
本当に美味しいです、肉は適量でしたが、ご飯が少なくて少し足りなかった
〇サラダ
無農薬の有機栽培農家からの仕入れだそうで
物凄く美味しいです
豚肉ととても良く合います
相方はプチトマトを絶賛してました
野菜の他に、ルッコラやハーブも少量入っていて
味に変化があって最後まで美味しく頂けました
併設されたドックランにはプールがあるので
水遊び大好きな、大きなワンコが沢山遊びに来てました
大変美味しくいただきました
