火を入れすぎてないので縮みも少ない
続けてスープ
はまぐりの香りが乗ったスープは絶品
だが、、、はまぐりの香りの他に何か感じる
これは唐辛子とにんにくの香り？
上品な貝の香りを妨害しているなと
プツンと歯切れの良い麺
これは良い組み合わせだ
帆立ご飯はそれ自体は普通だがスープに浸して雑炊風にして食べると美味しい
