「はまぐりラーメン」と「ひのでやラーメン」が人気です。 |
ずっとブックマークしていたお店にようやく行けました。
ひのでやラーメン@1,050円を注文しました。
蓮根がトッピングされているのが非常に珍しいですね。
このラーメンはスープのクオリティが圧巻です。
魚介系(貝も入っているような気がします。)の出汁が上質に出たスープがたまりません。
麺は細麺のストレートで、すっと口に入っていきます。
卵の火の入り具合や、蓮根の柔らかさも良い塩梅です。
チャーシューは可もなく不可もなく位の印象でした。
和テイストの素晴らしいラーメンでした。
大宮にも店舗があるみたいなので、そちらも行きます。
