七夕にケーキと思ったが、特にないとの事で、予約して、メロンスペシャルを購入。
予約時に、お値段は時価と言われて、おもわず高級寿司店を連想してしまいました。
本物のメロンを使うので、その日のメロンのサイズで値段が変わるとか。
早速、実食。
表面はゼリーで覆われている。
メロンの果樹、甘くて美味しい。何メロンなのか？
表層の果樹を食べるとクリームとカステラが少々。クリームと果樹の相性が良い。
ケーキと言うよりも、ほとんど、メロンそのもの。ケーキっぽくない。
これでは、メロンそのものを食べた方が良いか？
でも、クリームとの相性抜群。
困るところだ。
