天然酵母使用のパン屋です |
あんバターとジャムバターの二つを購入してみました。
それぞれ税込み￥220です。
家に持ち帰ってから頂いてみました。
先ずは、あんバターから。 袋から取り出すとき・・・
重いんですよね～・・・
この重さは何！？と言った感じが・・・
中を見るために開いてみれば、餡の量が多いですね。
コレの所為かな・・・、バターも其れなりの大きさと言うか厚みがありましたね。
また、パンも若干固め。 密度の高い生地なんでしょうね。
食べてみればフランスパンほどの固さは無いにしろ、結構固めです。
その所為でしょう、結構な食べ応えがあります。
餡とバターのコラボ、中々美味しいコッペパンに仕上がってましたね。
アンズジャムの方も同じように美味かったけど、餡ほどでは無かったかな。
