古墳群を見学したら、行田の名物にゼリーフライというものが
あるらしいときいて、検索したところ、本当にたくさんのお店があって
びっくりした。
もう直ぐ閉店の頃にお邪魔すると、ゼリーフライとふらい焼きそばを
注文した。どちらもビールにぴったりだが、お店ではノンアルコールしかないので、
グッと我慢した。
持ち帰りもできるようで、ゼリーフライの中身はおからとじゃがいものコロッケ
のようなもの。ただ衣はついていないでヘルシーな食べ物だった。
