『のぼうの城』をネットで鑑賞
忍城に行きたくなって、チャリ突・:*。・:*三( o'ω')o
道すがら、行田市のグルメを検索していると
「ゼリーフライ」とな(｡´･ω･)?
ケンミンショーで聞いたことがある記憶
寄り道して開店と同時に入りました。
ゼリーフライ
行田市のＢ級グルメ
じゃがいも、おから、ニンジン、長ネギをコネて、小判型に整えたものを素揚げしたもの。
諸説ありますが、形が小判に似てるから
銭フライ→ゼニィフライ→ゼリーフライ まじか( ﾟдﾟ)ﾊｯ!
店内はカウンター３、テーブル２とこじんまり
テイクアウトがメインのようですね
オープン直後でこれから油を温めるとのこと
お茶をいただいてしばし待ちます
ほどなくして忍城到着、早速ベンチで実食
素揚げだから周りはカリッと、中はねっとり( ﾟдﾟ)ﾝﾏｯ!
里芋かと思うくらい
揚げた直後にソースに潜らせてあるから
余計な味付けいらず手軽に楽しめる♪
手が止まらず、５個あったのがペロリと(´∀｀*)ｳﾌﾌ
小ぶりだしね
戦国浪漫に思いを馳せつつ
ゼリーフライにルービー！？あればサイコー
