以前、オープン前から並んでおり
混んでいて入れず再訪問。
今回、３０分前に近くのコインパーキングに停め
店舗見ると並びなく
少し散歩してオープンまで待ちました。
11:30 お店に行くと
先客５組。
待つことなく店内へ。
席につくと
早々に注文を聞かれ(´-﹏-`；)
１度引いてもらい検討し
牛ハラミ/豚トロ/カシラ/生野菜/ライス
お願いしました。
飲み物を聞かれ お水を。
先ずは
ジョッキに入った お水＆紙オシボリ。
暫くしてから生野菜。
６５０円のサラダ、これ？
レタス＋胡瓜スライス３枚＋トマト２切れ
ドレッシングなしの
いらないマヨネーズたっぷり。
続いて 頼んだお肉(１種類１５０㌘くらい)が
一皿に纏めて。ライス(２５０㌘くらい？)も届きスタートです。
炭の置きにムラあり
やたら焼けてしまうところと
焼けないところと…
乱切りの様になっているカシラは
厚さがあり焼くのが難しかったです。
ライスは、硬め。
甘みなくパサついた感じ
好みの お米ではなかった。
追加で
味噌ダレに合いそうなレバーと、
牛カルビ、生ビール。
レバーは、タレに合い美味しかったが
牛肩カルビは
硬く１枚２００円の価値は感じませんでした。
換気扇はまわっていましたが
店内は煙で曇っていき燻製状態で
帰りの車内は匂いでムンムン
ホルモン焼き屋さんの洗礼かな？
帰宅して速攻 入浴しました。
