今回が3度目の訪問。
土日限定メニューの「産地三種食べ比べ」が人気なようですが、今回は【桜海老天蕎麦と2種盛り】のセットをいただきました☺️
この日の産地は、
・長野県 山形村(新そば)
・千葉県 成田(新そば)
・福井県 丸岡(平打ち)
毎回仕入れが異なるため、行くたびに違う産地のお蕎麦をいただけるのが楽しみです♀️
それぞれのそば粉の特徴を活かして、細打ちから平打ちの太い蕎麦をいただけます
特にお気に入りは、桜海老天蕎麦。
普段あたたかいお蕎麦はあまり食べないのですが、桜海老がとっても美味しかった♀️
どれも蕎麦の香りがとても良く、塩でいただくのもおすすめです！
