２月初めて熊谷に行かせていただきました。その際にコスパのいいバルを見つけたので書かせていただきます。
出張で熊谷に行かせていただきましたが、あんまり何もないかな？と思っていましたが、結構大きい駅でした笑
そこで見つけたのがマチルダ。駅一周しましたが、たぶん唯一のバルではないでしょうか？ちょっとワインの気分だったので、そのまま3人で来店。
入店すると、初めに鮮魚の説明をしてくれ、その後席へ案内してくれます。
料理について
料理はどのジャンルにもおもしろい商品があります。ほうれん草のハイボールはあまりほうれん草感はなく、普通のハイボールが少し青臭い感じ笑。ただお酒を飲んで健康！というのはなんとんく、うれしい感じがします。笑
ハマグリの摑み取りなるものも注文。女性だと両手・男性だと片手ということで、唯一の女性に実践してもらいましたが、1300ｇもとれました、男性の片手だと４００ｇくらいが平均ということで、約3倍強の量になりました。そのハマグリをパスタか酒蒸しにしてくれるということで、パスタにしてもらいましたが、ほぼハマグリのボンゴレビアンコになりました。
メニューについて
どれも1000円未満の商品ラインナップ。窯で焼いたピザも680円など良心的な価格。ピザの種類も結構多く家族で行っても楽しめるバルになっていました。ドリンクにもノンアルコールカクテルでおしゃれなカクテルでハートの入れ物に入ってお子様にも人気が出そうです。
お店の中について
お店の席は足の高いハイチェアーが主体で個室みたいなものも8名様くらいぶんありました。今度来るときは予約してこの席がいいなとおもいました。店内にはファームの写真やおすすめ商品などたくさんのPOPがはってありました。唯一印象的だったのが、一年中生牡蠣食べられます！というものです。生牡蠣ファンにはたまらないお店ですね。
ぜひまた熊谷に行くときは寄ろうと思います。
